Mario Groß brings in more than 20 years´ experience in capital markets, investor and public relations and journalism.
Mario graduated from Handelsblatt School of Economic Journalism ("Holtzbrinck School"), was Spokesman for the European Energy Exchange and heading HSBC´s Corporate Access/Corporate Broking Team in Germany and Austria for more than twelve years. He was ranked #1 in the Extel Ranking ("Institutional Investor Ranking") for five years in a row.
Mario is also an experienced investor and public relations practioner, focusing on special situations, as former Head IR/PR at Adler Group (during the short-seller attack) and Corestate Capital Group.
Mario advises asset manager as well as listed and non-listed corporates in special situations, esp. placements, M&A and shareholder activism. His work also includes ongoing IR-consultancy.
